BREAST BOOST
Natural breast enhancement using her own fat, no implants, no general anesthesia.
Just because I like updates and because there are those that say that fat transfers don't stay, this is 5 months post break fat transfer.
I transferred 250cc per side from her thighs to create a fuller, more lifted look back in April. We are really cautious with the fat for the first 6 weeks, but after 3 months (90 day), the fat has had long enough to form a solid blood/nutrition supply and will be permanent at this point.
I get a very high percentage of fat retention (the amount of fat cells that survives the transfer) because I combine VASER ultrasonic technology with hand liposuction using Lipografter. This ensures that the fat cells are not damaged during the harvesting or grafting process. In addition, since I am always using Renuvion post liposuction, I will usually the breasts first to not only contract the tissue, but the "plasma effect" improves the health of the fat bed so the transferred fat survives better.
-Why thigh fat? It’s typically softer, more fibrous, and richer in stem cells, making it ideal for delicate areas like the breasts. It also contours beautifully when harvested properly because it seems a little thicker.
This was all done awake, using only local anesthesia. Results are permanent—this is her fat, just moved to a new home!
