Our class really is the “berry best” thanks to the dedication and heart our staff bring to their work every day! 🍓 That same commitment to growth and belonging extends far beyond the classroom, and it’s always sweet to see our team continue learning and finding new ways to support every child we serve.

We’re proud to share that Jessie recently participated in ABACLive’s Cambridge Center Series: Fostering Belonging for Autistic Individuals: Strategies for Behavior Analysts with Kathleen Dyer, Ph.D., and Anna Linnehan, Ph.D.

This workshop explored how behavior analysts can strengthen partnerships with the autistic and neurodiverse community through compassionate, collaborative, and research-driven practices. It focused on creating environments of true belonging, something our “berry best” team is deeply committed to fostering in every classroom and every interaction. 💛

Last month’s winning shoutout goes to Brittany and Isabella! 📣 Irene shared her appreciation for their dedication, saying: “Kudos to you both for all the hard work you’ve put in for your learner during leisure. It was amazing to hear how well he stayed on task.”

Moments like this remind us how deeply our staff’s commitment impacts the children we support and how those efforts create real progress over time. ✨ We’re so lucky to have such an amazing team cheering on our kiddos!

Meet Brittani — BCBA & Team Leader here at SEARCH!

Brittani has been in the field since 2019, supporting individuals from early intervention through young adulthood. She’s passionate about celebrating small victories, seeing her kiddos learning and smiling, and reminding families and teams that progress isn’t always linear, but every step forward matters.

One of Brittani’s favorite SEARCH memories since joining our team has been taking part in a graduation ceremony and seeing the incredible connection between learners, families, and staff. Something people might not know about her is that when she was just 14, she co-founded an acting camp for individuals with special needs, which she still helps run every year. 🎭

Brittani leads with expertise and heart, and we’re grateful to have her as a member of our community. 🫶
