We are a group of board-certified pediatricians whose mission is to provide the highest quality of care for our patients from “cradle to college”. Our physicians include Dr. Peter Francis, Dr. Michelle Foster, Dr. Brian Engel, Dr. Laura Clark, Dr. Ganga Nadarajah, Dr. Jeannette Marchand-Mateyak, Dr. Christina Leo, Dr. Deanna Denysenko and Dr. Allison Engel. We are proud to be a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), and our goal is to put the focus on the doctor-patient relationship. Our health care team at Northpointe Pediatrics works closely with our patients to promote good health and encourage families to be actively involved in their own health management. Better communication between you and our office is the key to achieving our shared goal – happy and healthy children!

33 years ago today, Northpointe Pediatrics opened its doors!
We are so grateful to our many patient families for placing their trust in us through the years to help keep their children (and now grandchildren!) safe and healthy.
What an awesome privilege it is to watch "our" kids grow up and to now be caring for a second generation of children.
We would like to thank all of our wonderful staff who have helped us achieve that goal through the years. Our Northpointe “Family” is a very special group of people and we truly appreciate all they do everyday!
Thanks, too, from the providers to our mentors and colleagues who shared and still share their knowledge and "art of caring for kids" with all of us!

🎉🎉 Introducing Dr Ryan Holub-Ward, our new pediatrician starting in September 🎉🎉

Dr. Ryan grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Furman University in Greenville, SC, with bachelor’s degrees in biology and philosophy in 2017. He graduated from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, SC, in 2022. In 2025, he completed his pediatrics residency at Authority Health, with significant clinical work at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan. Dr. Ryan joined Northpointe Pediatrics in August 2025, and is excited to continue to grow with and learn from the staff at NPP and their patients.

Dr. Ryan loves to spend time with his wife and daughter, especially when walking their dog, along with running, watching sports and laughing with friends. Dr. Ryan’s hobbies include loving all things theater and comedy.

FYI- please give yourself extra time if you have an appointment scheduled around 9:30-11am tomorrow, July 30th. The Fire Department is having a parade on Common and Schoenherr roads to celebrate the new building! Northbound Schoenherr will be closed during the parade. Common as well!
