Oakland Primary Care-Henry Ford Warren & Madison Heights Hospital Family Medicine Residency

Our Family Medicine residency program is a member of the Henry Ford Health System. This means that we place a large focus on our osteopathic training and patient care. It is our desire to develop and maintain an osteopathic learning environment that regularly leads the nation in both academic and clinical excellence, state and national leadership and patient care. Our residents spent the afternoon at Yates Cider Mill painting pumpkins, enjoying cider, donuts, pizza, and taking in a beautiful nature walk together. Nothing like good food, fresh air, and great company to recharge! 🍎🎃

👶🏽💙 We had such a wonderful time celebrating our co-resident Dr. Khambati and his wife at their baby shower! We’re so excited for them and can’t wait to welcome the newest OPC baby to the family. 🍼✨

🩺✨ At our residency, we don’t just talk about procedures. We practice them!

During didactics, residents got hands-on with a variety of skills, and our PGY-2s also had the chance to sharpen their office procedure experience at GME with Dr. Soffa teaching endometrial biopsies (EMBs).

Big thanks to our faculty for helping us grow our skills and confidence every step of the way! ✨
