The rise of mental health support is necessary now more than ever. Stress, depression, and su***de are at an all-time high.

Lockey Maisonneuve, a registered ERYT, book author, and trauma-trained specialist, in partnership with the Honor Yoga Foundation, a 501c3 Non Profit, has created a successful 6-week Breathwork, Meditation, and Light Movement Yoga Program for Sleep, Stress, and Pain.

For as little as $50, you can sponsor an individual who applied to participate in a 6-week Yoga for Trauma and Mental Health taught by Lockey.
