Give Thanks to the Lord for he is Good-His Love endures forever. I Thank my God every time I remember you. Thankful so very Thankful for my past members and present members and Thankful for future members to join. I’m Blessed with excitement to share with you that after almost 12 years I will be passing the key fobs on to Medora and Shandon Decker!!! They are also very excited to keep what we have started in the community open and look forward to activating many new members. Watch for the new name of the once named 40:31 Wellness Center. You are still welcome to phone or text me 218-201-1600! A friend in need is a friend indeed. I have enjoyed many prayers, tears, talks and laughs and Pray for them to continue. Faith, Hope and much Love. May the Lord Bless you and Keep you may the Lord make his face to Shine on you, be Gracious to you, turn his face toward you and give you Peace!!

Hello to all my members and future members to join. Yes just to clarify you have heard right the 40:31 Wellness Center is for sale!!
Do not fear it will be here, and if not you will hear from us. We are ready to hand over the baton after 11 years of TOTAL support from the community and surrounding communities to someone that would Love to carry it on!
We Thank You all for supporting it, it has been a Blessing to many. Please if you have any interest in the purchase of the Wellness Center give Shelly Guzek a call at 218-686-5827. Or if you are interested in a membership as it is starting to feel like winter give me a call at 218-201-1600.

Happy Sunday to my members and followers! Just want to share some exciting news with you. Our Northern Shine Car Wash & Laundromat is officially open today. It’s been a long process to get us here, if you are planning to come join in the washing and drying of your items, please may I ask of you to help keep it a clean functioning facility for the next person that will come after you to use it.
Blessings to everyone that has been awaiting this day of opening. We Thank Jesus for your patience and support. May the Lord Bless You and Keep You Healthy and Strong and Keep your eyes fixed on Him Amen

To my Faithful members and followers, again I’m sad to share that our 40:31 Wellness Center has to be closed. I’m Hoping and Trusting we can open our doors December 18th! Thank You for understanding something that has been so difficult to understand. We will continue to Trust God who gives us the Peace, which transcends ALL understanding, and will guard our Hearts and minds in His Son Jesus!

May the LOVE of God through His Only Son Jesus, Bless you with good health and Peace with Him. Amen
As I stop be still and ponder at our last few months and reflect on what we did and didn’t do I’m reminded of how many times I heard the words “wash your hands”, to me that was something I believe most of us did anyway.
I’m also reminded that it says wash your hands for 20 seconds. One thing I want to add to wash your hands is say a Prayer.
My mom passed away on Oct 4, 2019, I miss her dearly, but she passed away personally knowing Jesus. On a recipe card she had written the Lord’s Prayer. These are the best ingredients you can ever mix together. As I continue to make a Legacy of Love for my mom I choose to say the Lord’s Prayer as Jesus himself taught his disciples to pray. I Thank Jesus for my moms life.
The Lord’s Prayer takes 30 seconds to say, but it’s not about just saying it but Truly knowing it is Jesus Desire for us to Believe in Him. He is the Way the Truth and the Life.
As we all start to get back to business, may we not only wash our hands, but say a Prayer. Truly that is the only answer to anything attacking us. At 40:31 Wellness Center you will notice a new painting that has been hand done and put up as a reminder.
