Two ingredient healthy bagels that are not dense!
1 cup of Greek yogurt
2 cups of Almond flour
MIX ingredients together and roll into balls. Then squish a little to make bagel shape. Make a hole in the middle of you want with a handle of a spoon or your finger!
EGG WASH, 1 egg beat and brushed over bagels.
I added everything bagel seasoning to the tops of mine.
Cook on sheet pan with parchment paper. 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or golden brown.
