As the fall weather sets in and SAD (seasonal affective disorder) tries to creep in for alot of us, I will be offering a few different ways for us to consistently show some self love to ourselves through moving our bodies, which will in turn, keep our minds in elevated states.
Wednesdays I’m still teaching our free community classes at 7p. Its a great way to get a feel for the flow of my yoga classes
Saturdays I’m teaching a refreshing morning yin yoga class at 8am
and
I’m also facilitating our ballet club meetups at 10a, check weekly for which dance studio we will be practicing at, but this is a great way to reconnect with your inner child.
And lastly starting on Sunday, the 20th I’ll be bringing back my restorative yoga series: Restore and Relax. I received great feedback for this class over the summer, but it was just a drop in class then so for this fall I wanted to make it into a 6 week part class, where we can really build on easing our mind into rest weekly. Expect to use a variety of props as we incorporate breath work, mindful journaling and mediation to reach a deeper level of relaxation, self awareness and restoration.
