All of the care we provide is delivered by fully Licensed Professional staff.
A Doctor of Physical Therapy & Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants provide all of the care. No unlicensed staff are utilized. Only One patient is scheduled and seen at a time. This is a highly unusual Model of Care generally seen in a small private or professional practices. Many other clinics can’t or will not offer such a level of service.
The Eschman Physical Therapy,LLC Promise
The Physical Therapy care you receive will be one to one care provided by a team of licensed therapists. Your care will never be provided from an unlicensed assistant. Your team will consist of a Doctor of Physical Therapy and many times a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. Depending on your situation, your Doctor of Physical Therapy will be either Joseph Eschman PT,DPT,GCS; Melissa Kerr PT,DPT,ERYT 200; or Weiqing Ge DPT. Your team will have time devoted and reserved exclusively for you. For this reason, if possible, please provide us the courtesy of a 24 hour notice when you can not attend your scheduled appointment.
Unfortunately most providers embrace a Model of Care which will utilize unlicensed assistants and may even double or triple book appointments.
