Be honest… are you brushing long enough? 🦷
Most people rush through brushing and miss what really keeps their smile healthy.
Here’s what you should actually be doing:
✔️ Brush 2x a day for a full 2 minutes
✔️ Don’t skip your tongue (that’s where bacteria hides)
✔️ Swap your toothbrush every 3–4 months
