Welcome to Songbird Energy Healing, Sara Coyne, owner and founder has been on the healing path for lifetimes and loves being a guide to help others heal themselves! Sara began her Reiki healing journey in 2005, where she dove head first into the holistic healing arts. In 2012, she became a certified Reiki Master Teacher, and throughout this process she has learned so much about the energetic body
system. She has studied under multiple masters learning various healing modalities, such as Sound Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique, Shamballa New Paradigm MDT, Shamanic Munay Ki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET®), and Full Spectrum Healing. Sara combines these techniques with Reiki to assist her clients in activating the healer within themselves, encouraging them to become their authentic self by letting go of what no longer serves them. She believes learning is a life-long process and continues to further her own healing path by attending workshops and classes to improve her skills whenever she can. As a musician’s daughter and wife, she has a passionate love for sound healing. Sara believes that music and sound play a vital and powerful role in healing therapy. Both raise your vibration to align with your highest self, which promotes profound healing and transformation on all levels of one’s energetic field. During all her energy sessions she utilizes Tibetan and Quartz Crystal singing bowls, gongs, shamanic drumming, as well as tuning forks to detect blocks within the aura and chakras to guide the energies back into balance. Sara, along with her husband Rob, holds monthly Sound Baths infused with Reiki to help people relax and realign to their authentic self. Welcome to Songbird Energy Healing! Sara Coyne, owner and founder has been on the healing path for about 15 years and loves being a channel to help others heal themselves! She offers Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET®), Full Spectrum and Sound Healings by appointment. She began her Reiki journey in 2005, where she dove head first into the holistic healing arts. In 2012, she became a certified Reiki Master Teacher, and throughout this process she has learned so much this wonderful modality of healing.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that focuses on healing the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. It works within an individual’s chakra system by allowing blocked energy to be release so positive energy can be restored. It helps reduce stress, anxiety, promotes peace and brings comfort to those in need.
Sara has studied under multiple masters learning various healing modalities, such as Crystal Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique, Shamballa New Paradigm MDT, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET®), and Full Spectrum Healing. She combines these techniques with Reiki to assist her clients in activating the healer within themselves, encouraging them to become their authentic self by letting go of what no longer serves them. She believes learning is a life-long process and continues to further her own healing path by attending workshops and classes to improve her skills whenever she can.
Currently she is taking a mediumship development course to help strengthen her understanding of messages she receives from spirit, and is delving into the ancient healing art of Qigong. Sara is also enrolled in an Energy Medicine internship through the Soul Purpose in Swansea, MA under the guidance of Rev. Jessie Kozak, to become a certified Energy Medicine Practitioner.
