Ksanti's Garden Ksanti's Garden (ka-shan-ti):
patience, forbearance, forgiveness (ka-shan-ti) Patience, Forbearance, Forgiveness

Hello, Friends. It's taken me a while to be able to share this sad news with you. I was blessed with two brothers in this life, my older brother, Frank, and my younger brother, John. As many of you know, John died suddenly from a ruptured brain aneurysm in March of last year at the age of 61. After years of battling kidney disease and a year of devastating medical circumstances, Frank passed away on November 3rd at the age of 67. My heart is shattered, and most especially for my mother. Thank you for your love and support, which help me to be strong. May you know peace. May you be blessed. Ksanti

Dear Loved Ones,

If you are able to come tonight, please feel free to bring some of your business cards, which we will set on a table at the entrance.

Sorry for the last minute notice, but I actually just thought of it right now this morning.

Can't wait to see you!

Namaste,
Love, Love, Love,
Ksanti

Subject: SAVE THE DATE - Tuesday evening, June 4th
Dear Loved Ones,
Hoping you are each and all well. I have missed you!
I will be in Nashville early-June and know that it is simply not possible to visit with each of you individually, though I would very much like to. So, with Daniel's help, we have arranged a Ksanti's Garden and Come-Get-a-Hug Reunion. Daniel has been gracious in securing space for us at the Thistle Farm restaurant location, 5122 Charlotte Pike, for Tuesday evening, June 4th. THANK YOU, Daniel 🙏🏼
I will be in touch with more details soon and just wanted to get on your calendar.
Looking forward to seeing you soon.
Love. Peace. Namaste, Ksanti

Loved ones, I have some sad news to share. It is with a truly broken heart that I tell you that I said good-bye to Chauncey Gardner, “Puppysattva” Extraordinaire, yesterday afternoon; Beloved Companion since January 27, 2013. Chauncey was an amazingly sweet soul who taught me innumerable things, gifting me with his knowledge and training on LOVE and patience and wisdom, helping me to be a better person. The hole his departure has left in my heart will be there always, as is so for any true love story. Extra hugs all around, and especially for those who knew him as their teacher at the meditation hall, Ksanti’s Garden. Though Nirvana/Heaven is my wish for sweet Mr. Chauncey, my guess is that he will be returning to continue his good works. May it be so for all of us. Blessings. Namaste.

“Bodhisattva” is a key idea in Buddhism. The word is constructed from the Sanskrit root bodhi, meaning “awakening” or “enlightenment,” and sattva, meaning “being.” The core meaning of the word is “a being who is on the way to becoming enlightened.” Bodhisattvas (Puppysattvas too!) are enlightened beings who have put off entering paradise in order to help others attain enlightenment.
