2016 to 2026 💥💪🏼

10 years ago I took a leap of faith, quit my full time job managing for a corporate wellness company, and opened Innovative Fitness.

I was training on the side and one of my clients had a small space in the lobby of his office building that we converted into a room, only 850 sqft, but it was everything I needed.

I did personal training and used the lobby for group fitness classes.

That small room was the home of Innovative Fitness for 6 years until I found the perfect warehouse on Northgate Dr, just over a mile away from the original space. Tripled in size, tripled the equipment, and enhanced the training program.

These last 4 years Innovative transformed into the gym I’ve always dreamed of. The absolute best community of members, the most elite staff in the area, and a training program unlike any other.

YOU all are what make Innovative a truely amazing gym, not only for fitness, but friendships. I am blessed to watch my dreams grow and be surrounded by people I now call family 🖤💚

BIG things are coming and I can’t wait to see how far Innovative can climb, the sky is the limit 🚀🚀
