CONGRATULATIONS 🎉 Mike Reese, the biggest loser of our 6 week challenge!!
After a brutal 6 weeks of personal training and HIIT classes, he lost 3.3% body fat and put on 2.2 lbs of muscle 👏🏼👏🏼 Your hard work really paid off!

Congratulations to all the challenge finishers, this was a really tight competition and you all did amazing!

There was a total of 24.9lbs lost and 9.5lbs of muscle gained at the end of 6 weeks! THATS INSANE!! You all crushed it!!
