Parking update! 🚗

We want to keep our clients informed as we navigate some upcoming changes, as the building next door to us is scheduled to be torn down this weekend.

Because of this, our customer parking lot will be temporarily unavailable from the front (courthouse square), but can be accessed from the back side of the property. Street parking will also be limited during this process.

At this time, we are unsure exactly how long this demolition will take. However, the crew has assured us that they will work diligently to complete the project as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this temporary inconvenience. Please plan a few extra minutes before your appointment to allow for parking adjustments.

With more than a decade of experience devoted to the art of massage therapy, she brings a refined skill set, a calming presence, and a deep passion for helping clients experience true relief, balance, and restoration. Her work blends clinical knowledge with a luxurious, attentive touch — making every session both deeply therapeutic and indulgently relaxing.

Her specialties include medical massage, targeted neck, shoulder + back work, post-surgical care, and prenatal/postnatal treatments. Each service is delivered with intention, meticulous technique, and a genuine commitment to your well-being.

Outside the treatment room, I’m a proud mother of six and someone who finds joy in life’s simple, grounding moments—traveling, caring for animals, and continually learning. Whether standing beside the ocean or taking in sweeping mountain views, I carry that sense of peace into the work I do. This season of life has led me into a deeper commitment to balance, intention + faith—guiding not only my personal growth, but the way I care for each client.

My specialty is medical massage, with an advanced focus on neck, shoulder + back injuries, as well as post-surgical recovery. This work allows me to support clients through highly personalized, restorative healing with precision and purpose.
