Breath, movement and mental focus reset the nervous system, resulting in deeper sleep, weight loss and elevated mood. Yoga has been a physical, emotional and spiritual unfolding for me. I am a 200 hr yoga instructor certified in Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha from Yoga Kayla. I have also studied restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra extensively. My classes are formulated to restore and rejuvenate your body, sou

l and spirit. My Detox Yoga focuses cleansing the internal organs, skeletal muscles and psyche. My Chakra Cleanse Yoga focuses on cleansing the energy centers throughout the body so that grounded and spiritual energy flow through the body unobstructed. My classes integrate multiple forms of Yoga, Qigong and Meditation. I love holding space and creating a safe environment where people can discover, again and again, how completely amazing they are.

🔥🔥How to do Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-The-Wall) —

1. Sit sideways next to a wall
Your hip should touch the wall.
2. Swing your legs up
Lie back and bring your legs straight up against the wall.
3. Adjust your body
Move closer so your hips are near (or slightly away for comfort).
4. Support your hips (optional)
Place a pillow or cushion under your lower back.
5. Relax your arms
Keep them by your sides, palms facing up.
6. Breathe and hold
Stay for 5–10 minutes, breathing slowly.
7. To come out
Bend knees, roll to one side, and sit up gently

🌹Cartoon Yoga but Real Benefits! 🧘‍♂️

Even Jerry and Tom know the power of yoga! This fun illustration shows three effective poses that improve flexibility, strength, and posture.

1. Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana)
Strengthens the back, glutes, and hamstrings while opening the chest. It also helps relieve lower-back tension and improves spine stability.

2. Low Lunge (Anjaneyasana)
A deep hip opener that stretches the hip flexors, thighs, and groin. It improves balance, flexibility, and helps reduce stiffness from long sitting.

3. Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)
Strengthens the spine and opens the chest and shoulders. This pose improves posture and helps relieve stress and mild back pain.

Practice regularly to keep your body flexible and your mind calm. Even small stretches can make a big difference! ✨

🌟 Jen’s Hatha yoga classes pair asana and pranayama (physical postures and breathwork) to quiet the mind, rejuvenate the spirit and promote overall wellbeing. Each practice is set to music, begins with a centering, builds into a slow-flow of movement and ends with savasana (total relaxation). Intensity varies based on the energy level of the room. Classes are welcoming and accessible to all, with modifications available to support the individual needs of each body. You’ll feel better walking out than you did walking in!

Classes are donation based (you pick the price). Pre-registration is not required, but feel free to reach out with any questions via Facebook messenger or call/text 518-956-2818.

Physical & energetic detox facilitated by movement, breathing, twists and inversions in response to the lunar phase.

Classes start at 10 am. (Registration closes at 830 am. Arrival open until 1015 am.)
All equipment is provided/set up/cleaned up for you. All you need is YOU & water.
The class is limited to 11 participants. I request silent entry & exit (into the room).

Our bodies are affected by the moon; the effects of the full moon are often most noticeable, impacting sleep, emotions and hormones. My classes help mitigate these effects by clearing energy centers (chakras) and by promoting lymphatic drainage. Each class is designed to:
🔥reduce cellulite by loosening trapped lymph in adipose tissue💦
💩reduce constipation and release toxins by dumping trapped lymph into the gut and increasing GI motility
💤 increase relaxation, decrease anxiety and improve sleep by moving stuck toxins and circulating lymphatic fluid 🥱
🪷increase energetic circulation by using a combination of stretching, breathing, guided relaxation 🌅

🪶Multiple therapeutic effects of my classes can last for several days. 🕊️

How do we do this? First by loosening and stirring it up. Next by draining it into the major watersheds of our bodies. Then by wringing and draining it out through twists and inversions. Finally by settling in to the cleared physical and energetic changes to reset our nervous systems.
