Welcome Danielle back! She began her yoga journey after 20 years of performance dance and deepened her practice while studying Universal Design Yoga at the University at Buffalo. Her training helped her find balance through both light and dark moments, inspiring her belief that yoga is accessible to everyone. Certified in Vinyasa, Hatha, and specializing in Yin, Danielle’s classes focus on breath-led movement, safe exploration, and honoring the uniqueness of each body and each day.
Join her Tuesday 9am Gentle Flow Vinyasa & 7pm Thursdays Yin by Candlelight
