🔥🔥How to do Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-The-Wall) —
1. Sit sideways next to a wall
Your hip should touch the wall.
2. Swing your legs up
Lie back and bring your legs straight up against the wall.
3. Adjust your body
Move closer so your hips are near (or slightly away for comfort).
4. Support your hips (optional)
Place a pillow or cushion under your lower back.
5. Relax your arms
Keep them by your sides, palms facing up.
6. Breathe and hold
Stay for 5–10 minutes, breathing slowly.
7. To come out
Bend knees, roll to one side, and sit up gently
