Though weather forecasts threatened rain throughout the day, spirits remained high as families, friends and neighbors filled the streets of Old Town Warrenton with music, dancing and fellowship on June 14 to celebrate the fifth annual Fauquier Juneteenth Festival.

At Fauquier County Juneteenth, we believe Juneteenth is about togetherness.

It’s about how we continue to show up for one another—holding space, sharing laughter, and creating moments that feel like home.

The joy we carry? It doesn’t come from the outside world. It’s something deeper. It lives in us—and we bring it with us wherever we go.
