This one really hit home for me:

“The only safe thing is to take a chance.”

Because this week, I did something kind of funny… I completely dismantled my desk of six years 😅
Cleaned out old, tired files, tossed what no longer served me, and gave my whole space a fresh start.

And at the same time, I’m right in the middle of our Five-Day Protein Reset with my team — so it feels like a double reset:
✨ Out with the old, in with the new!

It reminded me how easy it is to get comfortable in our routines… but when we shake things up, even just a little, it’s amazing what happens.

New energy. New creativity. New momentum.

So here’s your gentle reminder today:
Take the chance. Change it up. Be bold.
