In January 2026, actor Tim Allen revealed during a podcast that he had been diagnosed with skin cancer on his nose.

According to Alan, someone at the Today Show alerted him about the lesion more than once. The actor recounted that during his next appointment with his dermatologist, he said, "Hey Doc, would you take a look at this thing on my nose?"

Alan was diagnosed with skin cancer, and the lesson was surgically removed.
