I used it years ago and fell out of the habit, but over the last 2-3 months I’ve been using magnesium on a consistent basis before bed and I’m impressed with how well I’m sleeping. Magnesium is great for so much more than sleep, but that’s what I’m personally using it for. I have also taken it during the day when I’m stressed but that’s been 2 times total so not very often. But it helped!

Anywho, I found this brand on thrive and it’s carbonated! They sell the bigger bottle on Amazon and it’s less than $30 for 100 servings.

Other brands I have and also love: 1st Phorm and Recess (little pricier per serving but both taste great)

I’ll tell ya, magnesium has been my new fav thing to take before bed. However, don’t think I’m SLEEPING on doing my oils because we use religiously in this household. 💤

I truly canNOT express enough the importance of chiropractic care. If you are in the market for a chiropractor, check out Cornerstone Chiropractic of Warrenton!! I’ve religiously gone for 6+ years now and it has worked wonders for me. 🫶🏻 Migraines, back and neck pain, cramping and digestion support just to name a few that have improved for me personally. For a long time I refused to buy the LLV vitamins because they are an investment ($$). If you know me personally you know I worked at a small but mighty sports bar for 10+ years before the owners retired. Well those same owners DID invest in that product. The husband, Tom, was skeptical but took LLV for a month. He thought it would be just another vitamin in his cabinet. When he ran out, he was like awww I don’t need it. A few days later he was like… I NEED IT, and he made his wife pay $25 to have it FedEx’d overnight. 🤣 They shared this story and I’m like daaannggg. I’m missin OUT! So of course I’ve been taking it ever since. But it’s 3 different vitamins and 12 pills a day for a full serving. That’s a lot 😅 This NEW product combined all of those into one packet!! Blueberry Breakfast Bake - High Protein Muffins 🫐🥞🍞

✨ 2 cups Blueberry Kodiak Flapjack Mix 🥞
✨ 1.25 cups water (yes, not 1.5 cups per Kodiak instructions)
✨ 1 pack of Brown and Serve Turkey Sausage (cooked - 10 links)
✨ 2 - 20g P Oikos Greek Yogurt (I used Mixed Berry - couldn’t find blueberry in the 20g)
✨ 2 servings Collagen Peptide
✨ 1/2 tsp baking powder

Optional:
✨Handful of frozen or fresh blueberries

💫 Preheat oven to 350°
💫 Spray your non stick bread pan
💫 In a bowl mix Kodiak flapjack mix, water, vital protein collagen peptides, Greek yogurt, and baking powder
✨ Spread evenly into pan
💫 Top with chopped cook Turkey sausage (and optional blueberries)
💫 Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cooked all the way through. Note: this bread is on the softer side due to the yogurt. If you don’t like the texture of soft bread only use one greek yogurt.

1/6 pan = 27g P | 24g C | 6g F
1/4 pan = 41g P | 36g C | 9g F

Drizzle with sugar free syrup! (But count that into your macros)

When the chocolate cravings it 🍫

Idk about all of you ladies out there but those chocolate cravings get sTrOnG sometimes - you know, those times 🙃

This is quick and easy to make and has 40g of protein!

🍫 1 scoop of .ingredients chocolate protein powder
🍌 1 medium to large banana
🥜 Couple tbsp of PB2 powder
🥛 1 cup of almond milk (I always use unsweetened vanilla)
🧊 3-5 large ice cubes

Throw it in a blender or ninja and viola ✨

This game out to 40g P | 10g F | 35g C for me today and it’s delicious!

*Not to mention the protein powder has all clean ingredients which you all should know I love, AND it has a plethora of different amino acids. 🤍 Give it a try and tell me what you think!

BLWA Chicken Bake 😋

Let me start off by saying… by no means does Brett think I’m the chef I know I am 😂 The man ate HALF the pan of this because it was seriously THAT dang good! 👏🏻 You’re going to want to make this, promise. And it’s easy peasy to throw together.

BLWA Chicken Bake 🥘

Ingredients (I used Walmart brand for soup, ranch packet, bacon and cheese):

• 2 pounds of raw chicken breast
• 1 packet of ranch seasoning
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 box Stove Top Savory Herb
• 6 slices of thick cut cooked bacon (can substitute with bacon bits)
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 stick of imperial butter

Prep + Cook:👩🏼‍🍳

• Grab a 9” by 13” dish. You can use glass, but I used stone for this one. Same cook times so nothing different either way.
• Cut up your chicken into cubes and toss it in raw
• Sprinkle the ranch packet on top
• Put both the cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soups on top and spread them evenly
• Sprinkle on the bacon and cheese
• Dump the whole box of Stove Top Savory Herb on top and spread it evenly
• Slice the stick of butter into 9-12 thin slices and place them evenly on top of the stuffing

Pop that sucker in the oven for 45 minutes at 350° or until the top is golden brown and voilà ✨💫

Serves 6 🍽️

Anyone else eat their feeling this Christmas? And by feeling I mean… momma’s damn good cooking you refuse to pass up? 😋 Maybe it even started at Thanksgiving. Or Halloween. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It happens, but it doesn’t have to continue until you’re miserable.

When you work with a coach you learn the habits you’ll need for life. You know exactly what to do every single time you go off track. And maybe going “off track” is a weekend binge every once in awhile, but let’s be honest… we are human. Sometimes going off track lasts a lot longer than we plan. When you’re ready, go back to the basics!

- Drink your water 💧 At least 64oz in a day but I usually recommend half your body weight in ounces
- Prioritize your sleep 💤 Focus on getting 8 hours of sleep.
- Minimize the caffeine ☕️ I love coffee, but I do focus on getting water and food BEFORE consumption and I minimize that to 300mg a day at most
- Movement 💪🏻 If the gym is too much stress to think about, grab the gallon of milk out of the fridge and start lifting. Do body weight exercises at home. So many options!
- Eat whole foods 🥬🥦🥕🍉🍌🥐🧀🍳 Shop the outside of the store. Eat all your food groups. Yes, even the carbs. Get 25g of fiber in each day!
