We celebrate today to acknowledge the contributions and achievements of people with disabilities. We are aware of the challenges and barriers that they face due to exclusion and stigmatization. We will continue to empower individuals with disabilities by equipping them with the tools and opportunities that need to allow them to have a voice and choice in all aspects of life.
