Happy Monday!
Free Nutrition Month Webinar
Midlife Fundamentals: Nourishing the Body Through Life’s Transitions

March is National Nutrition Month, and this month I’m focusing on a topic that many people are navigating right now — midlife health.

So often the conversation about midlife centers only around menopause or hormone symptoms. But midlife is about so much more than that.

During this stage of life, the body begins to shift in ways that affect:
• metabolism
• digestion
• nutrient needs
• stress response
• hormonal balance

For both women and men, midlife is a time when the body begins asking for deeper nourishment and support.

Join me this Thursday for a free webinar where we’ll explore the fundamentals of nourishing the body through real food, digestion support, and practical lifestyle habits.

During this session we’ll talk about:
1.What actually happens in the body during midlife.

2. Why nutrition needs change in our 40s and 50s

3. The importance of digestion and gut health

4.Real food principles that support long-term wellness

5. Simple ways families can nourish themselves together

This conversation is part of Natasha’s Natural Wellness Experiences, where we explore practical ways to reconnect with food, herbs, and lifestyle practices that support whole-body wellness.

If you’re interested in joining, comment “Nutrition” or send me a message and I’ll send you the details.

🌿 Something new is unfolding this spring…
Over the past few years I’ve spent so much time teaching about nutrition, herbs, and women’s wellness.

But one thing I’ve realized is that true wellness isn’t just learned — it’s experienced.
That’s why I’m beginning something new called Natasha’s Natural Wellness Experiences.

These are opportunities for us to come together through:
✨ movement
✨ nourishing food
✨ herbal education
✨ community
Because healing and balance happen when we move, learn, and nourish ourselves together.
Here’s what’s happening this March:
🌿 March 15 — Flow & Tea: Digestive Harmony for Midlife at Main Street Wellness Yoga Studio

A gentle Soulful Flow experience focused on digestion and nervous system balance, followed by a guided herbal tea tasting.

🌿 March 22 — Spring Cleanse Cooking Class
Inside Nourished in the Kitchen we’ll build the Midlife Foundation Jar and explore simple ways to support digestion and nourishment.
$22.00

🌿 March 29 — Wellness Expo
Come visit Natasha’s Natural Wellness and learn about herbal teas, consultations, and upcoming wellness programs.
Free event at Vint Hill Community Center

And of course, our weekly movement classes continue:
✨ Rise & Root Yoga — Thursdays at 9 AM
✨ Strength & Flow Mat Pilates (Virtual) — coming in April on Saturday mornings at 11 AM (free with membership)
I also offer private group yoga, Pilates, and TRX sessions at Main Street Wellness Yoga Studio for small groups, private gatherings, and wellness events.

This is just the beginning.
Movement • Herbs • Nourishment • Community

This week inside Nourished in the Kitchen, we are focusing on one of the most important foundations of nutrition: fiber.

Many women I work with are under-consuming fiber, which can contribute to digestive discomfort, unstable energy, blood sugar fluctuations, and challenges with hormone balance — especially during midlife.

Throughout the week in our membership community we are learning:
• how much fiber the body actually needs
• the different types of fiber and how they support gut health
• practical ways to build fiber into everyday meals
• how seasonal foods support gentle spring cleansing

I’m also beginning the week with fresh carrot juice — a simple way to add phytonutrients and support the body as we move into the spring season.

As a holistic nutritional practitioner and herbalist, my goal is to help women understand how to nourish their bodies through real food, seasonal rhythms, and practical nutrition education.

If you are interested in learning how to build balanced meals that support digestion, energy, and hormone health, I invite you to join us inside the Nourished in the Kitchen membership.

Enrollment is open now. New website link in bio
