❄️ Winter Wellness Tip: Stay Hydrated! ❄️
It’s easy to forget water in the colder months—you don’t feel as thirsty, but your body still needs it. In fact, every time you see your breath in the cold, that’s water v***r leaving your body!
Keep a water bottle nearby and take small sips throughout the day to stay healthy all winter long. 💧✨

Earlier this month, Rob joined Less Cancer's panel “When You See Something, Say Something,” a Less Cancer workshop held at First Baptist Church in Warrenton.

The event brought together hairdressers, barbers, nail technicians, massage therapists, and tattoo artists for hands-on training in recognizing early skin changes and helping clients connect to care sooner.

A meaningful day of learning and community prevention in action.
