Honored to be featured!

Jessica’s journey from ten years as an elementary school teacher to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor grew from a simple truth she kept seeing:
students were struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges that needed deeper support than she could provide in the classroom.

That realization eventually led her to counseling—and later, to opening her own practice - Anchored Mental Health Pllc - after completing her master’s degree, residency, and welcoming two beautiful children.
