🌟 Meet Gladys Zaldivar 🌟
Choice’s Day Habilitation Manager, Warren County Pathfinders

Gladys has been part of the WCP family for four years, starting as a DSP before stepping into leadership as a Supervisor and now as Manager of the Choice’s Day Habilitation Program. From the very beginning, she found purpose in supporting adults with disabilities—helping them grow more independent, try new experiences, and celebrate every achievement, big or small. That daily impact continues to fuel her passion for the work she does.
At home in Wright City, Gladys and her longtime partner Edgar enjoy raising their two boys, Hector and Sebi. Whether it’s cheering them on in wrestling, football, or soccer, or watching them show livestock at county fairs and jackpot shows, family time is always full of activity. Their Frenchie, Nelly, rounds out the household with plenty of personality.
Gladys’s dedication, heart, and hands-on experience make her a valued leader in the Choice’s Day Program and a true asset to the Pathfinder community.

Thank you to the Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce for your support through the Community Business Needs Grants.

The Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce brought smiles to a number of local businesses and organizations when they presented $42,000 in grant funds for a variety of projects in Warren County.
