Looks like a stay-at-home weekend for many of us ❄️
Which means… projects get tackled, closets get opened, and craft bins get real honest.

As you organize your craft space, hobby area, or home office, pause before tossing those extra supplies.
Fabric scraps. Popsicle sticks. Old crayons. Miscellaneous project odds and ends.

Those well-intentioned leftovers can become something meaningful at Warren County Pathfinders.

Our day programs use craft and activity supplies every day to encourage creativity, learning, and connection. What feels like clutter at home can spark joy, skill-building, and purpose for someone else.

✨ Consider an in-kind donation instead of the trash bin.

🌟 Meet Lee Newman 🌟
Personal Assistant, TEMCO

Lee Newman has been a Personal Assistant with TEMCO for more than two decades and is proud to support individuals through Warren County Pathfinders’ employment services. With 22 years in the field, Lee brings consistency, dedication, and a deep understanding of what it takes to help individuals succeed in the workplace.
Lee’s journey with Pathfinders began after answering a newspaper ad that caught his attention as both interesting and challenging. What started as a new opportunity quickly became a long-term career, and Lee has remained committed to the role ever since. He finds the greatest reward in supporting individuals as they grow in confidence and achieve success through employment, and he takes pride in being part of both the WCP and TEMCO teams.
Before entering this field, Lee held a variety of roles that allowed him to work outdoors, including cattle farming, real estate, landscaping, and mowing. That love for hands-on, outdoor work continues today and is reflected in his hobbies, which include gardening, walking, and staying active outside.
Originally from Concord, Massachusetts, Lee moved to Missouri for college and has made it home for many years. He values family life and is especially proud of his children and grandchildren. Lee also holds a master’s degree in psychology, which has further shaped his understanding of people and his approach to supporting others.
Lee shares that he is very proud to be part of Warren County Pathfinders and all that the organization has become and continues to grow into. His commitment, reliability, and heart for the work make him a valued member of the Pathfinder family.

Say congrats to The First Annual Journey’z Day Program Chili / Soup Cook-off CHAMPION (drumroll, please) DSP, ERIN PERKINS!!! She earned the prestigious title with her world famous “Taco Soup” 🌮 We all enjoyed taste testing each entry and voting on a winner. Wtg, Erin! 🤩
