Having fun jumping on this trend, but when it comes to patient care, I believe trends belong on Instagram and not in treatment plans.

Building something from the ground up hasn’t been easy, but it’s been incredibly worth it. Skin Deep Concierge Medicine was created out of a desire to slow things down and do medicine differently, blending dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and wellness with intention, time, and truly personalized care.

This practice was built on the belief that patients deserve more than quick fixes or one-size-fits-all approaches. They deserve thoughtful decision-making, honest education, and treatment plans grounded in experience, safety, and science, not what’s viral in the moment.

This isn’t about chasing trends.
It’s about thoughtful medicine, individualized care, and doing things the right way every single time. 🤍

It’s amazing how a few hours of laughter can act as a total reset button when life gets heavy. They say laughter is the best medicine, and after everything we’ve been through with my dad’s illness these past few years, I can honestly say it’s true. 🤍

In the middle of the hardest, saddest chapters, has been the ultimate comic relief for us.
Beyond being hilarious, he is genuinely such an awesome human. Getting to do a meet and greet after such an incredible show was the highlight of our year. Thank you for the laughs, Adam—we really needed them! 🎤✨

Ok, no, you didn’t miss it. And duh, you’re definitely invited! We didn’t have a traditional grand opening—we opened in just 17 days, and honestly, the day itself was grand. It was incredibly special to welcome and treat our very first Skin Deep patients in the clinic 🤍

But guess what? The team and I are already starting to plan The First Annual Skin Deep Social for the spring, and it’s going to be everything. ❤️❤️❤️

Ok, no, you didn’t miss it. And duh, you’re definitely invited! We didn’t have a traditional grand opening—we opened in just 17 days, and honestly, the day itself was grand. It was incredibly special to welcome and treat our very first Skin Deep patients in the clinic 🤍

Join Skin Deep Concierge Medicine and Cartessa in spreading warmth this holiday season. Throughout December, we’re hosting a Pajama Drive to support Comfort Cases, a nonprofit that provides essentials and comfort items to children entering the foster care system.

We’re collecting new pajamas for ages birth to 18 years old to help fill overnight bags for kids and teens who often enter care with very little. To ensure the greatest impact, pajamas must be new (with tags) and *cannot* include holiday prints.

As a thank-you for giving back, donors will receive 10% off any treatment at Skin Deep.

How to Participate:
• Drop off new pajamas (ages birth–18 years old) at Skin Deep Concierge Medicine during business hours.
• No holiday prints, please.
• Receive 10% off any treatment, product or service as our thank-you.

This Thanksgiving, I’m giving thanks for the people who make every day meaningful. Thank you to my incredible husband, family, loyal friends, and the dedicated staff of Skin Deep, and the patients who support us, trust us with their care and allow us to be part of their story.

Building this dream has been the most beautiful, humbling journey, and it’s only possible because of the love, support, and belief so many have poured into it.

RP: Three Lessons for Life

First, surround yourself with people who light up when they see you. The right people will fuel your spirit and remind you of your worth.

Second, understand that moving slowly is not failure, it’s progress. Sometimes the fastest way to reach your goal is to take steady, consistent steps.

And third, remember that success is not the end. The top of one mountain is simply the bottom of the next. Every victory opens the door to a new challenge, a new climb.

These lessons remind us to choose our circle wisely, value patience, and keep growing no matter how high we climb.
