How do we make choices to bring in our highest timeline?

Time is not a constant. Energy is fluid.

⚡️ 💫 And YOU ARE CONSCIOUSNESS! ⚡️ 💫

Our physical reality is an ebb and flow of spiritual energy. The energy flows to us, emanates from us into the cosmos of light, and bounces back.

How we feel and interpret that energy is our intuition.

What is Intuition?

Intuition is our soul’s method of understanding other realities.
Intuition is our higher self’s way of communicating.
It is information coming to us from “beyond the veil.”
It is guidance for our best good coming from our higher self.

How does intuition come to you?

It varies for every person. Which one resonates with you?

Intuition can come through:

👉Your body’s physical senses - unusual shivers to alert/warn or to validate specific knowledge (spirit chills).

👉Your emotions - unusual feelings of warmth or uneasiness.

👉Your thoughts - unusual guidance appearing as random thoughts or an inner knowing.

All information is first energy. 💥

This energy is from “beyond the veil” or from our higher selves/soul consciousness. The energy will hit our body, emotions, or thoughts FIRST.

We then have to:
1. Recognize it.
2. Interpret it.

As we listen to the “unusual sensations” in either our body, emotions, or thoughts, we begin to develop our intuition.

Develop your intuition today by:

👉 Identifying three things that make you very happy.

👉 Identifying three things that you don’t like.

👉 Focus on the feelings, thoughts or physical sensations.

(This practice causes you to recognize your OWN physical and emotional sensations. Then when your higher self wants to speak, you will come to know the good vibes or the bad vibes of a particular decision.

What is a timeline? ⏳📈
* A timeline is a series of events that set you onto a trajectory of more events.
* A higher timeline is created by actions of peace, joy, and fulfillment that opens the door to more good things.
* A negative timeline is created by actions that self-perpetuate into destruction and grief.
* It causes you to continue into the path you set for yourself.
* It is a series of actions that keep occurring because of the actions you took in the past.

Every time you made choices that created peace, safety, and joy, you set a timeline for yourself that self-creates more peace, safety and joy. 😇 💜

Every time you indulged in fear, shame, bitterness, or anger, it set you into a timeline of creating more shame, bitterness, and anger.

Every step you take provides more opportunities of that which you chose. 🏃‍♂️

You have been creating a timeline of peace. Now when the chaotic situation arises, and you are tempted to go back to the OLD YOU - to react like the OLD YOU - it is a test! 💪

Now is the time to remember the timeline you are building. You are creating your new reality. And NO PERSON, CIRCUMSTANCE, OR THING is WORTH the peace, wealth, abundance, and joy you are creating. ☮️ ✌️

You have been holding a beautiful trajectory of time. 😇

You have been living in peace. You’ve been done the shadow work - the inner work - to access a better life for yourself. ☮️

You have been anchoring yourself into your current reality, while ushering in the New Earth. You’ve been doing the meditation, the grounding practices, the time spent in nature…🐝 🌿

And then BOOM! 💥

Someone sticks their head into your timeline.

That situation rocks your world! The UNEXPECTED collapses your peace.

You want to freak out. You can feel the frustration, the anger, the fear arising.

It shakes you. It disturbs you. ☔️

You can feel everything begin to crumble.

BUT DON’T LEAVE YOUR TIMELINE.

You’ve been doing too much work. You’ve won every inch of the peaceful life you HAVE BUILT and ARE BUILDING.

THEY are not worth your timeline.

How do you develop accurate intuition? Is your inner guidance coming out skewed?

Shadow work is key! 🌗

Our old programming of fight or flight can interfere with in-coming spiritual messages.

We cannot just awaken our spiritual gifts. We must clear the old vibrations and mindsets.

Then our hearts will be open and pure to receive pure truth!

Why are gentler, softer people more intuitive? Women, children, and men in touch with their feminine side?

Because logic rides on thoughts, but intuition rides on emotions and feelings.

Are your emotions intuition? Not exactly, but your emotions can be a medium through which your intuition comes.

For example,

1. that gut sickness when you sense something is wrong....

2. the anxiety that arises when someone you don't trust walks into the room...

3. the feeling of reservation that occurs before you make a big purchase....
..it all rides upon feeling. Let yourself feel!

You may say, "I don't have a logical explanation but something doesn't FEEL right." Follow that feeling.

Three things (at least) create the core of Divine guidance in this 3D world:

1. Inner knowing
2. Bodily senses
3. Personal values.

Developing each one properly brings accurate, powerful direction for our life.

Once, I used my VALUES ONLY for Divine guidance, but ignored my body's senses. 😱

It ended in the worse church betrayal I couldn't imagine.😢

It taught me to listen to ALL Dynamics of Spirit.
1. Emotions that arise when you go to make a decision.
2. Inner gut sense that something will be good or will NOT be good for me.
3. And much more....
