Barb has been working out and training at OTAC for over 30 years—even way back in the Tone Zone days! Her family has grown up alongside OTAC, with her kids training here for their sports.

🌟 Member of the Month: Kaylyn Mummert 🌟
Kaylyn has been part of the OTAC community for about a year and a half and loves the fun, welcoming energy created by both the instructors and the women she takes class with. 💛
Her biggest accomplishment has been feeling strong — a huge shift in both strength and stamina over the past two years. Spine Corrector and Wall/Barre Fusion are her favorites, and she shows up 4–5 times a week, staying motivated by the results of her hard work.
Her advice? Keep going and take time to find the classes that truly work for you. 🌿
