🌿 Instructor of the Month: Kerry Waters 🌿
Kerry’s yoga journey began young, but it was during recovery from a serious injury that she discovered its power to truly heal. For the past 22 years, she’s been sharing that passion—starting at one of the first Hot Vinyasa studios in the country and now here at Breathe.
Her favorite class to teach? Warm Slow Flow—compassionate, accessible, and full of encouragement (with a little humor, too!). Kerry hopes every student leaves feeling alive, uplifted, and connected to their own value.

✨ Instructor of the Month: Kim Olney ✨
Kim’s fitness journey began right here at OTAC in 2007, when she joined a weight loss challenge and lost 30 pounds. That experience inspired her to step out of her comfort zone and get certified to teach. By 2008, she was leading classes in Les Mills, and in 2019, after more than 16 years of practicing Pilates, she became a certified Pilates instructor.
Today, Kim’s favorite class to teach is Pilates on the MVe Chair—she loves how it forces you to truly engage your core and build strength from the inside out. Her teaching style is about turning weaknesses into strengths, improving alignment and posture, and making every workout both challenging and fun.
Kim brings a positive, energetic approach to every class, blending athletic flow with her clients’ individual needs. She’s most proud of overcoming her natural shyness to step into the role of instructor, where she now motivates others daily.
Her advice? “There is no judgement in group fitness—just go, have fun, and give yourself time to grow. Pilates will change your body, and you’ll feel muscles you never knew you had!”

🌿 Breathe Member of the Month: Janelle 🌿
Janelle has been part of the OTAC family for almost two years, and she says what she loves most is the sense of family and how everyone truly cares about your fitness journey.
Her biggest accomplishment? Seeing her body transform, becoming stronger, and gaining confidence along the way. Pilates has become her favorite, especially Jumpboard Pilates, and she makes it a priority to get in 2–3 workouts each week.
While some weeks are harder than others, Janelle stays motivated by remembering how good she feels after class. Her advice for anyone just starting out: set small goals and build a routine. And, she reminds us all—never be afraid to try something new. Pilates completely changed her perspective, and now it’s something she absolutely loves.
