Jamie’s love for Pilates began nearly 20 years ago—and it’s become a lifelong practice rooted in strength, mindful movement, and connection. Since joining OTAC Breathe in 2023, Jamie has been known for her inclusive, supportive teaching style and her ability to meet each participant exactly where they are. From foundational flows to strength-focused sessions, she designs every class to help students feel confident, capable, and challenged in all the right ways. Jamie believes Pilates is a true mind–body–spirit practice and loves helping others discover just how strong they really are.
