🌿 Breathe Member of the Month: Catherine 🌿
Catherine has been part of OTAC since the very beginning — all the way back to our Keith Street days — and she’s loved watching this community grow into what it is today. What she cherishes most? How friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable everyone is.
Staying consistent with her Pilates Circuits and Susan’s classes, Catherine shows up twice a week with one simple goal: keep moving and feel her best. And it’s working — her biggest accomplishment is how great she feels from prioritizing movement and staying active.
Her advice for anyone starting out: stick with it. Even when it’s frustrating. Confidence comes from showing up and realizing you’re capable of more than you think.
We’re so grateful to have Catherine as part of our Breathe community. 🌿💛

For those ready to deepen their practice or step into the role of instructor, our comprehensive Apparatus Pilates training with Master Trainer Jamie Dineen, NCPT offers a supportive and highly personalized learning experience. Slowing your breath to around 6 breaths per minute can help reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and improve focus. 🧘‍♀️
Use this simple technique before or during yoga or mat Pilates to relax your muscles, calm your mind, and move with more ease:
Inhale 5 seconds 🕯️ → Exhale 5 seconds 🌊 → Repeat for 1 minute
