Ever feel like your brain hits the panic button over literally nothing?
(Hi, same.)

Here’s the good news: your body actually has a built-in calming system — the parasympathetic nervous system — and yoga is one of the fastest ways to switch it on.

Slow breathing, mindful movement, and a little awareness go a long way in telling your nervous system, “Hey… we’re safe.”
That’s why even a gentle class can shift your whole mood in under five minutes.

Try the 4–6 breath pattern on Slide 7 the next time your brain decides to be dramatic.
✨ Inhale 4
✨ Exhale 6
(Science says longer exhales = calmer everything.)

My Beginner’s Yoga Workshop is this Tuesday, and it’s designed to help you finally understand the foundations of yoga in a slow, supportive, and truly beginner-friendly way.

We’ll move at a comfortable pace, break down common poses, learn how to breathe with your movement, and talk through all the “Wait… what am I supposed to be doing right now?” moments that no one ever explains in a regular class.

✨ No flexibility required
✨ No experience needed
✨ No judgment — just learning, breathing, and feeling good in your body

If you’ve said “I should really try yoga” more than once this year… this is your sign.

I’d love to practice with you on Tuesday.
