Yoga reminders we all need sometimes.
Not rules. Not perfection. Just showing up, breathing, wobbling, and laughing when we fall out.

We’re excited to offer community classes led by 200-hour yoga teacher training graduates. These classes are a welcoming space to move, learn, connect, and grow together — both on and off the mat.

In addition to Sunday’s 11am Community Class, we’ve added a new Community Class on Saturdays so there are even more opportunities to practice in this shared, supportive space.

Each class offers a chance to gather in community while supporting newer teachers as they gain confidence, find their voice, and continue refining their craft.

💛 Pay what you can
Your support helps keep yoga accessible while creating meaningful teaching opportunities for newer instructors.

If you are a new yoga teacher looking to get your feet wet and begin teaching in a low-pressure, community-oriented setting, we would love to hear from you.

I am opening a 12-week study space at Moksha YEA for anyone who feels drawn to explore the spiritual and philosophical roots of yoga.

We will move through the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the 8-Limb Path together, creating space for shared inquiry, group reflection, and conversations that evolve from the collective insight of everyone in the room.

Each week will offer an opportunity to sit with the teachings, explore their meaning, and consider how they shape the lived experience of yoga. Some gatherings may include breath or meditation, and others will center on discussion and study.

If this kind of group exploration resonates with you, you are welcome to join us.

Come kick off the holiday season with us at Moksha with a little gratitude and grounding. In Sanskrit Dhanya and Dhara. In yoga, gratitude isn’t something you force, it’s what rises naturally when the mind softens.
The ṛṣis remind us through the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali that contentment (santoṣa) is the doorway to joy, and the Upanishads teach that seeing the sacred in all things creates a grateful heart.
Gratitude is simply yoga in action — presence, connection, and appreciation for this moment.

If you think yoga people are calm… sweetie, we’re doing our best.

Most of us showed up to our first class because our brains were loud, our days were chaotic, and our nervous systems were filing complaints. Movement, breath, and a mat on the floor just happen to be cheaper than therapy and smell better than essential oils spilled in your car.

If you need a place to shake the crazy out of your bones, my classes + workshops are open.

Hesitant to try yoga? Check out my Beginner's Workshop on 11/25 @ 6:30 PM at the Carriage House in Tamanend Park (check out events on my FB page).
