🎉This past year has been a great year with so many wonderful families I was able to serve and I am so thankful for each and every one of you!

I know this year had some changes with insurance coverage but I am so thankful for all of you who trusted me into your space and allowed me the honor of being on your journey!

‼️List of foods to AVOID while breastfeeding!

⭐️Basically, for most breastfeeding parents, there are NO foods to avoid! Make sure you are eating enough each day to nourish your body while you are busy making milk!!

If you suspect your baby is sensitive to something in your diet, make an appointment so we can figure it out together.

⭐️Breastfeeding while sick can feel like a tough challenge, but it's important to remember that breast milk is packed with antibodies that help protect your baby.
⭐️Even when you're under the weather, your body is working overtime to provide them with the best defense.
⭐️If you're feeling too unwell, rest, hydrate, and take it easy—but don't be afraid to keep nursing. Your baby benefits from your milk, and you get the bonding and comfort too.

❤️All of you who know me know that I absolutely love serving my families during their unique journeys and that this is my heart's passion and what I was created to do. That is why this post is so very difficult.
