Kosciusko County residents are invited to apply for this year's school shoe voucher for their k-12 children on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. The hours are 9 AM - 12 PM and are on a first come, first served basis. The office and pantry will be closed; come to the Worship Center side door to enter. IMPORTANT: You MUST bring the required documentation in order to receive a voucher. Thank you in advance for your kind cooperation, patience, and understanding:

1. Your photo ID

2. Proof of Kosciusko County address (ex. utility bill or piece of mail with your name and Kosciusko County address)

3. Proof of income (ex. food stamp income breakdown letter or medicaid cards, paystubs).

3. Verification of enrollment of EACH CHILD in a Kosciusko County school.*

*We do not have public wi-fi. If you don't have a paper school registration letter, have a screen shot of each child's registration saved on your phone and ready to present.
