I apologize for getting this out so late:

On June 4th, Heartline Pregnancy Center had our first Dads Read event. The turnout was great, and many of the participants said they would like to see the event happen again.

I wanted to show my appreciation to those who contributed to the Dads Read event.
A special thank you to:
-Kosciusko Literacy Services and individuals from the community for donating books to give to the kids free of charge.
- Our awesome volunteers who read and helped with other aspects of the event.
- For the fathers that came to the event and joined in on the reading.
- For Warsaw Public Library for hosting and providing immense support for Dads Read.
- For those of you that helped promote the event and prayed for its success.

There were many hands that made Dads Read come together. Thank you so much!

The Dads Read event at Warsaw Public Library is nearly one week away now. The last few puzzle pieces are falling in place as we wrap up the preparation. However, we would still like to get a few more male volunteers to assist with reading and other parts of the event. Hello, dads! I have a request of you. In light of the Dads Read event coming up in a month, we are in need of a few things. First, we are looking for a few father volunteers that could help with the reading and snack/craft tables on Saturday, June 4th. This would be about a 3 hour commitment. Second, we are asking for gently used children's book donations that we can send home with the children. I had stumbled upon these guys over a year ago as we were putting our logo together (the business is named, "Rock Solid Families") and I still find myself coming back to their podcast. I was recently listening to episode 130, "Protecting Your Mental Health." I would highly recommend checking it out.
