1ST SHIFT CNC Machinist Needed to operate Mazak Integrex Multi-Task Machine: Tasks include setting up and operating Mazak Integrex Multi-Tasking Machines. Candidates will be responsible for setting up machines, checking parts, reading blueprints, changing tools, and editing programs when necessary. Minimum 5 years CNC Setup experience required.

•Machinists: Will Setup and Operate Vertical Mills; responsible for setting up, checking parts, reading blueprints, and changing tools when necessary. Minimum 1 Year CNC Setup experience required.

•Polishers: Responsible for hand polishing various parts. Grey-wheel, Satin, and Buffing. Must be able to read micrometers, calipers and blue prints. Prefer experience but willing to train.

•Quality Control: Must know and understand customer prints and criteria requirements, Must perform inspection activities, Must identify nonconforming product, Must be able to communicate

It was a first for IMD today as a Congressman visited the shop floor! We are grateful for Congressman Rudy Yakym's interest in touring our plant and for letting us bend his ear about small business hurdles, supporting our employees' concerns, and cutting back the red tape that often hinders progress. These issues and our stories are the heart of the American workforce.

Childcare is an integral part of America's workforce!

Four-year-old Harper is thriving at ECA's IMD Early Learning Center, where she gets to learn and grow alongside children of all ages! The mixed-age group setting fosters collaboration, creativity, and social skills. It’s amazing to see how Harper learns from her peers while developing her own unique strengths.

In 2022, ECA expanded our services to Kosciusko County in partnership with Instrumental Machine & Development, Inc. (IMD) in Warsaw, IN. A home was purchased, renovated, and furnished by the company to provide high-quality early education and care for children of their employees and the greater Warsaw community. We are honored to work with companies like IMD that are ready to act on the childcare crisis in their communities.
