One award acknowledges our achievements in fall management, where we met our 2025 goals for reducing falls in our home from PACS. This accomplishment is a testament to our team's commitment to providing exceptional care and ensuring the safety of our residents. The second award recognizes our team's commitment to ongoing education and empowerment, acknowledging our proactive approach to professional growth and development. This achievement is crucial in long-term care, as it strengthens our team's capabilities and enhances resident outcomes.
