You might have heard stories about ABA that involve strict tables, forced eye contact, and tears. That is not us. 🛑 "Progressive ABA" means we focus on Assent. If a child isn't happy, relaxed, and engaged, we aren't teaching—we're just managing. We follow the child's lead, use play to teach skills, and never force compliance. Your child can bloom without being broken.

The BCBA is your child’s lead clinician and therapy designer 🧠💼

Their role includes:
✅ Conducting assessments
✅ Creating individualized treatment plans
✅ Supervising behavior technicians
✅ Training families
✅ Monitoring and adjusting goals

Consistency matters, and we aim to provide it! 🧩

At Bloom and Thrive, we assign a consistent behavior technician or two, to each child and ensure they are supervised by a dedicated BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).

That said, sometimes staff need time off, and when that happens, we try to schedule a familiar backup to maintain routine and reduce disruption.

Consistency + quality care = the foundation of your child’s success. 💚
