Triad Health Systems, Inc.

was created in 2008 to provide medical services to all res­idents of the service area with emphasis on services to the un-insured and under- insured residents. Services are provided in collaboration with area agencies, organizations and health care providers. and its clinics are a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). strives to meet the needs of the underserved by promot­ing wellness, prevention and providing the highest quality medical services possible for the three county area of Gallatin, Carroll and Owen.
