Thank you to Teresa B. In Warsaw 🤗 for dropping off this beautiful big bunch of spearmint. It got a bath and will be put out to dry to make some tea!

Got our cute little shed in today and had to remove some green goodies in front to make room for the doors! Roger our handy man pulled up a bunch of this mint that was growing wild and crazy 🤪. Im processing it then will dry it to make teas, salves, tinctures n more. Excited to be speaking at the Warsaw Public Events Women's Expo this Saturday about how herbalism and natural practices can help with burnout!

After locking my keys in my car 🤣, I was able to share some delicious goodies from the Warsaw Mercantile with the ladies at the painting class at Spirit Wolf in downtown Warsaw. Chloe designed this beautiful bag for me...all the participants got custom designs to paint. Its not done but I have perfectionist tendencies 🤣🤣 but im loving her. Look for more classes to come!!

Excited for Warsaw Public Events Women's Expo May 16th from 1pm-4pm ill be a speaker and vendor..so im getting to know my new yard and nature's goodies that can be found in my area. Not just weeds ...healing, food for humans and pollinators too!

Looking for a spring side or even a dinner served over rice...fry up a few strips of bacon, cut up some fresh asparagus and cook in the fat with a healthy sprinkle of my Spice of Life Blend. Then at the end drizzle with balsamic reduction. So very good 😋... ingredients available except the balsamic at the Warsaw Mercantile now.
