This Saturday, May 9th, is our special Mother's Day class!

Bring your mom along and she only pays $10! Standard rates still apply to all our other friends.

Note: There is a 5K event beginning from the park at 9am as well. Registration for the 5k begins at 8am. This may impede traffic into the parking lot around Warsaw Town Park and Dog Park. Please arrive a bit early to make sure you find us!

This full moon invites us to sit, listen, and feel. Feel everything.

Scorpio is a water sign so spend the day connected to water in some way, through a bath, mindfully washing dishes, or washing your hands with a mixture of cinnamon + salt (for good luck).

✨ Classes tonight (Slow flow at Three Little Birds at 4pm) will focus on goddess pose and opening through the hips.
✨ Class tomorrow (Heated Hatha at Town of Warsaw, VA at 9am) will also focus on hips and thighs.

This Saturday, May 2nd, we'll be focusing on legs. Building muscle in the thighs, increasing flexibility in the hips, and opening through our lower body.
