This week, 20 of our staff and leadership team attended the Christian Leadership Alliance Conference in Dallas, Texas. Throughout the conference, we engaged in impactful sessions that provided practical tools to strengthen our leadership, explore new marketing strategies, and create healthier work-life balance.

We were especially encouraged by powerful worship and general sessions that shared biblical insights and real-life experiences, reminding us of God’s faithfulness and His ability to multiply what is planted in faith.

Beyond the sessions, we invested in building stronger relationships as a team; sharing meals, laughter, and meaningful conversations. A small group even enjoyed a trolley tour through downtown Dallas, visiting the historic JFK site.

We return home refreshed, united, and inspired, ready to apply what we’ve learned in both our daily lives and ministry as we continue to better support and serve those around us.
