FAMILY MEDICINE & PRIMARY CARE:
PRIMARY CARE FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY (ALL AGES)! Board certified Family Physician providing primary care for the entire family! Dr. Laymance cares for patients of all ages, including newborn babies and pediatrics. Dr. Laymance is a lifelong resident of Morgan County and a graduate of Wartburg Central High School. Dr. Laymance is a graduate of Roane State Community College and Tennessee Technological University. He graduated in the top of his class with highest honors from Meharry Medical College in Nashville in 2010. He completed his residency training in 2013 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville where he served as Chief Resident for the Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Laymance worked at Roane County Family Practice in Harriman for 7 years before opening Summit Medical Group at Wartburg in 2020. Dr. Laymance is married to Trisha and they have a son, Aiden (7 months old), and mini goldendoodle, Fraggles. Dr. Laymance is the son of David and Cheryl Laymance of Wartburg. Dr. Laymance is a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Wartburg. Dr. Laymance enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers!

Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing primary care for the entire family! Seth is a lifelong resident of Morgan County, graduating high school from Redemption Baptist Academy in 2014. Seth is a graduate of Roane State Community College. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Tennessee Technological University in 2018 and his Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2020. He has experience working as an RN in the ICU at Methodist Medical Center for three years and worked as a Nurse Practitioner with SR Medical Services prior to joining Summit Medical Group at Wartburg where he has worked on the Urgent Care side of the clinic for over a year. We are excited to have him transition to our Primary Care team! Seth is married to Olivia and they have two daughters, Aubrey (2 years old) and Sarah (7 months old). Seth is the son of Bobby and Starla Stewart of Sunbright. Seth is the pastor at Wayside Baptist Church in Graysville, TN. Seth enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.

URGENT CARE:
Urgent Care is OPEN 7 DAYS PER WEEK, including evenings and weekends! You do not have to be a patient of Summit Medical Group to visit our Urgent Care. We provide on site X-rays and labs. Urgent Care Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 6:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8am - 4pm
Appointments preferred. Walk-ins welcome! Urgent Care Services:
