Life Care Center of Morgan County is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Wartburg, Tennessee.

Only an hour west of Knoxville in Wartburg, Tennessee, Life Care Center of Morgan County has proudly served our community since 1980. Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, our team of in-house therapists and nurses provide individualized care for our patients and residents in a homelike atmosphere. Our nursing home is proud to feature a secured Alzheimer's and dementia unit. We also provide resort-like amenities so that the individuals in our care always feel right at home.

We love to celebrate our rehabilitation graduates, and Judy is one of our latest short-term patients who completed her therapy with us! 🎓

Through physical and occupational therapies, Judy was able to regain her independence. "Life Care Center of Morgan County is fabulous," she said. "They helped me get stronger so that I could go home." 💪

Mark came to Life Care of Morgan County this month needing help with endurance, energy conservation and strength. Physical and occupational therapists worked with him on reaching his goals, and he is slated to return home tomorrow, on Thanksgiving! 😄

"I have received excellent care by the nursing staff," Mark shared. "I have seen great improvement in my mobility, thanks to the therapy and staff. This is the best place I have ever been [for therapy]."
