I’m excited to share that I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Anchored in Hope Counseling, and I’m now expanding my work by offering Reiki as a complementary, holistic service alongside my counseling practice.

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that can support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall mental wellness—something we all need more of, especially those of us in helping roles.

I am currently booking Reiki sessions for May. For the month of April, I’m offering a limited number of complimentary sessions as I continue to deepen and refine my skills.

✨ Exciting news! ✨ I just earned my Reiki I & II certificate! This is just the beginning of my journey into energy healing, and I’m thrilled to start offering Reiki sessions starting in May, once my full in-person training with a Master-Level Reiki teacher is complete.

🌿 Sessions will be:
• Held on Mondays and Wednesdays at Anchored in Hope on Jefferson Blvd in Warwick
• 30-minute sessions to start
