Yin Massage can be done in a group setting or one on one! What is Yin Massage? I’m glad you asked…. The goal is to create space where we were once stuck, to find the protective layer we have around our pain and bring mindfulness to it. To feel not to accomplish, to awake the parasympathetic nervous system. The client will be guided into specific Yin or static poses accompanied by a massage to the specific areas being stretch. 🙌🏼🧘🏻‍♀️✨
