In today’s world, chronic stress has become so “normal” that sometimes we barely notice it—but your thyroid does.

Some of my go-to ways to lower stress and protect your thyroid:
🛌 Prioritize at least 8 hours of quality sleep
🙏 Start your day with prayer or meditation
🚶♀️ Trade high-intensity workouts for walking or strength training if you’re burned out
🍳 Eat balanced meals to keep blood sugar stable
🌿 Support your adrenals with adaptogens like ashwagandha or holy basil
Your body was designed to heal, but first, it needs a break from the stress cycle.
