We are winding down on our nominees for DSP Appreciation Week, but what a pleasure it has been to highlight the DSPs at Avatar Residential.

Today we present Kyle Dominikoski, who was nominated by his New River team for Direct Support Professional, to which he has been a part of for 5 years. A nomination that is well deserved.

His coworkers have many great things to say about him, including what a pleasure it is to work with him. They look forward to seeing him on shift and value his ability to help them develop their own interaction styles with the people they support.

But what truly stands out is the profound respect Kyle receives from the people he supports. He has an exceptional ability to connect with everyone he meets; it is because of his patience and consistency that he is able to create such special relationships, like helping with an overnight trip, that would not have been possible without him.

As we continue were excited to announce that Sherrie Lambert has been nominated for the Direct Support Professional award by her Garden Hills Team!

For eight years, Sherrie has been a shining example of a kind,caring,and compassionate person she has a big heart and a wonderful sense of humor that brings a smile to everyone's face.
She is an invaluable case manager always making sure the people she supports needs are met with kindness and care.

Her coworkers call her a "great worker, "dependable" and a pleasure to be around. While the people she supports say she truly cares and is always looking for kool activities for them to go on.
