We all know the old saying of "You can't outrun a bad diet", which is true but it not as hard as you may think to eat better.

You have to understand that ALL food has a place in your lifelong habit of taking care of yourself, it is just a matter of portion control.

Don't withhold your favorite food just because they may not be the most nutritious, add something to them to increase their nutritional value and eat away.

According to the National Institute of Health (NIH), approximately 10-15% of adults in the United States experience chronic insomnia, defined as difficulty falling or staying asleep for at least three nights a week for three months or more. This translates to about 30-45 million Americans.
