Learn to teach Pilates!

Join us this weekend for BF Pilates Academy Teacher Training on January 10 & 11 from
10 AM to 6 PM.

This focused, in person training is led by Colleen Ketchum, who brings over 20 years of Pilates teaching experience. The program is designed to strengthen your understanding of Pilates and support the development of confident, effective teaching skills.

Training takes place at 28 Church Street, Suite 16, Warwick, NY 10990. We look forward to welcoming you into the studio.

Beyond Fit Academy Reformer Level One Teacher Training is a comprehensive program designed to truly prepare you to teach.

The prerequisite is Pilates Level One Mat, and from there you will move through study hours, observation, live practice, and a practical test out.

You will graduate feeling confident in teaching classical Pilates, knowing how to offer smart modifications, appropriate progressions and all with a keen eye on safety.
