Spending Mother’s Day herbal crafting outside with my two children and it feels like such an overwhelming blessing. To live in a place where we can roam and forage and grow, to have children interested in plants and herbal medicine who want to learn and share this passion with me, to have such beautiful weather, to have the resources I need to make all the remedies we use….. I keep welling up with tears and kissing my kids faces. Today we make:

I’m excited to announce Iron Mountain Healing is building itself a new home! Spring 2025 I’ll be reopening in a beautiful new space I have been dreaming of for a few years now, on a different part of the land I live on. For now I’ll be working during the week, Wednesday and Thursday, from Habitat spa in the heart of Warwick. Most Sundays I will be at home, but I’ll let every client know where to go 24 hours before their appointment. You can still book through me via text, call, email or DM. Thank you for the welcome back and the sweet room to work out of!

Heading back to the fire station tonight to do massage on the volunteer firefighters who have come from all over to help fight the wildfires in Greenwood Lake. Thank you so much to all of them!! Let’s all say thank you and pray for rain 🌧️ I’ve never seen such a drought. The support that has come from my community was amazing to see, food and pillows and blankets, toiletries, and of course massage from the local bodyworkers.
