We’re looking for compassionate, skilled Nurse Practitioners to bring high-quality, patient-centered primary care to residents in assisted living communities.

Nurse Practitioner Role:
Conduct full health assessments, exams, and medication reviews.
Create personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Manage chronic and acute conditions with confidence and compassion.
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests.
Prescribe medications responsibly within your NP scope.
Educate residents and families on staying healthy and independent.
Keep clear, up-to-date records in eClinicalWorks.
Participate in quality initiatives that truly make care better.

Compensation Range up to $160,000 per year (depending on experience and hours) W2 and 1099 compensation models available. Also includes travel reimbursement.
Schedule: Full-Time- weekdays. No nights, no weekends.
HYBRID: On-site at assisted living communities in New York combined with telehealth.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited NP program.

Our client is a rapidly growing behavioral health group delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across Texas. They are expanding their interventional psychiatry services and are seeking Psychiatrists who want to practice in a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
(No nights, no calls, no weekends)
Evaluate and Diagnose: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose mental health conditions
Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Craft personalized treatment strategies that may include psychotherapy, medications, and lifestyle modifications
Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their families through understanding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies
Collaborate Effectively: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care and contribute to research that advances interventional treatment
Supervision: Have the opportunity to supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all patient information is meticulously documented to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance

Schedule and Shift Details
● Work primarily in-office (approx. 4 days on-site, 1 day remote). Choose your schedule—design your workday around when you feel most effective.

Assessments are assigned to you based on your zip code.

1099-Competitive per evaluation compensation, supplies, mileage reimbursement and liability coverage.
Base Rate- $80 per assessment , with opportunities to earn additional income for each screening conducted.
