Pinnacle Home Care, LLC. is currently seeking an experienced Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) for the North & Metro areas in RI. We provide one-on-one skilled physical therapy to patients living in their homes. PT develops and implements a plan of treatment in conjunction with the physician and the patient. PT collaborates with other interdisciplinary team members in case managing the care and treatment necessary to improve the patient's health condition. *** Sign on Bonus ***
